Having gone through the naturalization process, Anton gained firsthand insight into the legal and emotional challenges.

Before establishing atlaskey, Anton had a successful career in investment banking, specializing in managing complex financial transactions and strategic advisory. He brings this same level of precision and leadership to his role at atlaskey, where he ensures smooth, professionalized processes that allow the firm to deliver top-tier immigration services.

Anton oversees strategic development and operational excellence of the firm, ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service. His passion for helping expats is rooted in both his personal journey and his belief in empowering others to succeed in a new country.

In his free time, Anton enjoys hiking, diving, and traveling — passions that remind him of the boundless nature of the world.

Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in banking and finance law, commercial real estate law, corporate law (particularly in the support and foundation of startups), antitrust law, arbitration law, franchise law, as well as public law, with a focus on migration law. Having lived and worked in Moscow, Zurich and Frankfurt he has been employed by the German Foreign Office, the legal department of a German state-owned bank, and various international law firms and companies.

Since March 2020, he has assisted clients across Europe with a wide range of legal issues and has gained unique insights in working with public authorities all over Germany.

Being battle-hardened by the tough practice of high-volume transactions in international law firms,  Thomas’ bandwidth of experience makes him a perfect all-rounder, pursuing his clients’ goals with the utmost precision and dedication.
Thomas is a member of the Working Group on Migration law of the German Bar Association, the German Bar Association, International Association of Young Lawyers, International Bar Association, German-Russian Lawyers Association. He regularly attends relevant training courses to provide his clients with top-tier legal advice.

At atlaskey, Thomas is responsible for internal legal matters, overseeing the firm’s long-term legal strategy, and ensuring the proper  realisation of the legal services offered, whilst always maintaining the highest standards of quality. His dedication results from his broad legal interests, a firm belief that the legal system can be utilized to the maximum advantage of his clients, and his mission to provide outstanding legal solutions that help clients overcome even the most challenging legal issues – with atlaskey by their side.

In his free time, Thomas enjoys staying active through boxing and race cycling, playing the violin, or embarking on adventure travels to off-the-beaten-path destinations.

Friedrich Albrecht Lösener has extensive knowledge of German procedural law, acquired through his work in the appellate practice of a law firm admitted to the Federal Court of Justice. He passed both the First and Second State Examinations with distinction.

In addition, Friedrich regularly publishes as a specialist author on property law, legal obligations, and general damage law. His expertise in litigation is of the highest caliber and is further enriched by his teaching and writing endeavors. As Of Counsel, he advises a law firm with offices in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Switzerland.

Since 2017, Attorney Lösener has served as a lecturer in civil law (BGB, HGB, ZPO, AnfG, InsO, ZVG), successfully preparing hundreds of law students, trainees, and judges for the legal profession. In his weekend seminars, he shares his expert analysis of current developments in case law. With a wealth of experience, he approaches even the most complex legal cases with scientific rigor and the necessary objectivity to secure decisive outcomes.

As a nationally recognized attorney, Friedrich represents clients in naturalization proceedings, handling every step from the detailed preparation of applications to the issuance of naturalization certificates. He is a member of the Migration Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.

In his free time, Friedrich enjoys practicing martial arts (judo, 2nd Kyu) and spending time at the North Sea or in the mountains.
